업무내용
- Provide External Helpdesk and Client support and help clients navigate and address questions clients would
have regarding our financial & economics database solutions in Korea
- Offer Pre-Sales Support and After-Sales Support - client facing wherever appropriate
- Provide Internal Helpdesk & IT Support to colleagues located in Seoul
- Maintain Good Relationships and High Satisfaction Level with external clients and internal teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Business Information Systems or equivalent
- Client support experience
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and terminology in both English and Korean would be a distinct advantage
- Technically proficient and have good problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Korean and English is a must
- Passionate to help and serve the clients with a good attitude over the phone and through emails
- Previous experience in a Wintel/Exchange environment and have hands-on skills using Active Directory & Exchange Server is a plus
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN particularly in a Cisco environment is a plus
- Experience in a CRM/ERP deployment and maintenance preferred
- Good at Microsoft office programs like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Able to work independently
