Are you tech savvy, self-motivated, communicative and passionate about music?
FUGA, a leading digital music distribution platform headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is currently looking for a support assistant to support our growing client base in South Korea. You'll be first point of contact for our record labels and online music services that use our software to distribute music. This is a client facing role and so any previous experience dealing directly with customers is welcome.
The Role
• Point of contact for our clients and digital service providers in South Korea
• Provide email & phone support to our clients in South Korea
• Work closely with Asia-Pacific Business Development Manager
• Escalate issues where appropriate & communicate effectively with Asia-Pacific Development Manager
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and where possible solve (technical) issues
• Create support documentation and procedures in Korean/English
Profile
• College degree or similar
• Music or tech experience (domain knowledge) desirable. If not then strong interest in gaining / growing knowledge
• Excellent Korean and English skills – written and spoken
• Problem solver/self-starter mindset
• Direct experience in a client facing support role or in the music industry desirable
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to work under (time) pressure
