[Consumer] Marketing Trainee - Tylenol 신입
업무내용
[Summary]

Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies, is currently recruiting for a Marketing Trainee for Tylenol® based in Seoul. Tylenol® is a global business with leadership presence in painkiller categories and #1 representative brand in Korea painkiller market with the strong brand equity.

The MT will play an important role as core team member via individually leading important projects for the brand business delivery /equity establishment. The MT will need to develop deep understanding of the brand’s mid-term strategy.


[Responsibilities]

1) Brand Management:
- Analyze business performance. Understand its reason and foresee future risk/opportunity. Propose actions to achieve the KPI.
- BP process support: Support manager on brand business plan and strategy development. Identify business opportunities/risks based upon market/consumer data and develop action plan considering ROI co-working with cross functional team.
- Closely communicating with cross-functional teams such as regional team, sales team, CA team and etc. in order to well deliver business situation/breakthroughs and increase the understanding level.
- Generate insights stemming from category, shopper, competitive, and business performance analytics.

2) Implication from the data analysis
- Analyze external business data and internal market data in order to find out the market situation and risk/opportunity
- Identify consumer needs gap under U&A and business opportunity via diverse quantitative and qualitative research.

3) BME Management
- Tracking/reporting brand total BME
- Lead efficient cost savings and optimize budget planning to achieve the business goals.

4) Strategic Communication Planning:
- Responsible for support in delivering Lead part of IMC project. KPI setting/execution planning/approval with cross function team under aligned IMC strategy.
- Develop competitive brand proposition via combining local consumer/competitor insight and global brand spotlight
- Lead Innovation perspective from strategy, concept, formulation/package which brings long-term growth, involving Regional team and cross functional teams
- Lead holistic communication plan raising Region/cross functional teams/agencies.

1) Prior marketing experience is required
2) Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker, ability to manage through ambiguity..
3) Analytical skills (i.e. Google/P&L analytics) required in approach to finding opportunities, strong problem solving skills.
4) Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
