업무내용
Endress+Hauser Korea Co., Ltd. is currently looking for an Internal Sales Engineer (ISE) in marine & offshore business.
Roles & Responsiblities include but not limited to:
• Transformation of inquiries to quotes including clarification of the technical and commercial conditions
• Creation of quotes in accordance with Endress+Hauser regulations and active follow-up of quotes with the OSE (visit, phone, email, fax, etc.)
• Clarification of unclear orders against quotes (purchase conditions, terms and conditions and commissions according to E+H regulations)
• Order and quote-related negotiations according to customer specific conditions (price, delivery time, TSP, certificates and etc) with PCs/suppliers
• Handover of technical and commercial orders via SAP to order handlers
• Entering and maintaining purchase orders in SAP
• Preparing documentation and drawings for customer inquiries
• Implementation of strategy, planning and follow-up of activities with the OSE and dedicated marine & offshore customers
• Understanding customer needs and consulting with the best-fit offering
• Utilization of complete E+H offering (products, services and solutions), cross selling
• Support on customer activities for marine & offshore industry such as exhibitions and customer trainings
• Work in team with other functions, specifically in projects and with PCs
• Complaint management
• Management and development of customers’ yearly trial tests
• Behaving according to our vision, mission, credo and the Code of Conduct.
• Being responsible for quality, safety, health and environmental aspects within his/her competencies
• Ad-hoc tasks upon request
