IT Business Analyst

업무내용
Position Summary:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible to make a partnership by enabling business success in Korea through business initiative analysis, business project execution and business application support. He/she will fulfill the responsibility with partnering with end user, local business leaders and regional/global application delivery teams. Leadership is a key factor for this role to identify improvement opportunities, lead changes with collaboration, and drive for IT and business targets. It is also a requirement for this role to work with teams and departments jointly to fulfill the overall goal of Korea IT team.



Key Responsibilities

Application operation
- Provide application support (mainly ERP, CRM) as primary local contact – daily incident, service request and change request
- Manage local applications between vendors and business to maintain and enhance the system
- Support business users as an application support to raise an issue, document the demands and convert the language between business and technicians
- Handle IT operational tickets within SLA and manage user accounts / job roles.
- Establish and follow the IT processes and support IT audits
-Work and coordinate with global IT teams and regional offshore support and development teams to review and resolve system issues in a timely and quick manner to minimize business impact and maintain system availability and reliability

Business Analyst
- Gather user requirements (ERP, CRM, local app, BI) to develop solutions and alternatives
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Liaise between the business, technology teams and support team
- Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures & portfolio
- Capture the demand to support the business process
- Translate the demand into IT term for the correct requirement with understanding, anticipating and influencing with IT knowledge

Project management
- Coordinate local/global IT projects such as ERP, CRM, SCM solutions and deliver the result in collaboration with business, IT and various stakeholders
- Support IT project cycle for Global/APAC/Local projects
- Lead small/medium sized IT projects

Requirements/Qualifications
- Knowledge in ERP such as SAP / Oracle E1 and relevant business process
- 3+ years of ERP or Enterprise Application management experience
- Preferred to have a knowledge in CRM or other key IT applications
- Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skill in both written and verbal and Korean as native speaker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work under pressure with positive & proactive mindset
- Working experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industry for a multinational company (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Technical training or certification in related skills is preferred.
