YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
• Ensure customer centric approach in all actions taken throughout the whole customer life cycle
• Collect and analyze call center statistics to identify improvement areas
• Define quality issues in refer to the contact information and deliver the analyzed data to stakeholders including global team on a regular basis
• Review and monitor vendor performance on a regular basis; Define action plans to enhance call service quality
• Responsible for escalated complaints from call center, ensure processes to comply with internal/external requirements
• Streamline call center operation process via internal/external communications
• Create and generate new business reports to meet specific needs of end-user, and continue to enhance on business needs
• Develop proactive service approach to enhance consumer satisfaction

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center management/operation with vendor management (preferably in consumer electronics)
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
