Hiring position: 글로벌임상부서 Intern 2명(1year Contract)
The intern will engage with GCTO Regions leadership team and general staffing team members for participation in and/or leading projects that support regional operations driving the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
Activities may include (but are not limited to):
•Generation of performance metrics
•Development of tools to enhance investigator relationships
•Support site and patient benchmarking activities
•Support the Monitoring Excellence team which oversees all aspects related to clinical site monitoring
•Process improvements
•Development of tools to enhance conduct of clinical trial operations
•Exposure to the field of clinical research and drug development with direct activities supporting country operations
•Development of a capstone presentation illustrating internship activities and deliverables

Qualification:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.
•Fluent in Local languages and English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills including the ability to understand technical information.
•Developing ability to present technical information with support.
•Good IT skills (Use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, Power point, use of computer, tablet and mobile devices) and ability to adapt to new IT application on carious devides.
•Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills,
•Able to work with other experienced research professionals to develop skills across multiple protocols and sites
•Developing the ability to act with a high sense of accountability/urgency
•Developing the ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment with support from preceptor and/or line manager
