Client Solutions Team Account Manager
업무내용
Account Manager - Key Account will be a client & campaign management expert, working with key advertisers & agencies to design, implement, and optimize campaigns to achieve advertiser's performance objectives. You will be one of the most important partners of our sales team, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to optimize marketing performance results for advertisers, and provide customized training and solutions to advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

- Plan, setup, optimize, and report performance campaigns results for ROAS-driven advertisers;
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results and up-sell;
- Build and grow client relationship via daily interaction, weekly review and quarterly strategy plannings, and use the opportunity to build trust, educate & influence advertisers;
- Drive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to advertisers' businesses;
- Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback;
- Ensure smooth and successful campaign execution by coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as ad operations, product and R&D teams, and many more;
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.

지원 자격

직무관련
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing; for seniors, prefer 10+ years of relevant account management experiences in performance marketing;
- Experience in managing key accounts in mobile gaming/utility apps/E-commerce industries;
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus;
- Proficient in English and Korean, Chinese is a plus.
