Job Descriptions
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Retail team across assigned stores.
- Assist in monitoring and organizing monthly store expense data, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and assisting in basic budget tracking.
- Support process and upload store and team expenses via internal systems, and assist in contacting vendors to collect necessary documentation and resolve minor issues.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of weekly and monthly reports related to store performance and competitor analysis.
- Support the Retail team in daily tasks to ensure smooth coordination between the office and store teams.
- Provide assistance during store openings, closures, relocations, and brand initiatives such as pop-up events and VIC activities for Tod’s and Hogan, as required.
Qualifications
- BA degree with a relevant major prefer
- Proper English skills for business communication in writing
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a plus
- Interest in the Luxury industry and Fashion
- Open-minded, positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
