Position Summary:
Administers and/or provides oversight for assigned customer accounts; Provides mutually acceptable solutions to customer problems that impact cost or schedule; Investigates and resolves claims or complaints by collecting and analyzing information; Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis
Responsible for supplying products and raw materials with competitive Delivery, Quality, Price
Essential Functions:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Use telephones or e-mail to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Cancel or upgrade accounts, Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Management of LISC (Line Items Shipped Complete) by OTD (On Time Delivery)
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions, Handle product recalls
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Work with EMG sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and LTR (Likely To Recommended)
- To send Purchase Order sheet to supplier, PO requisition change
- Suppler Delivery (Late back log) rate management
- Monthly supplier procurement closing work
- New supplier development
- Inventory and Non inventory Price management
- Supplier Quality improvement
