1) Documentation
전체적인 선적서류 발행 업무 진행
- S/R 수신
- B/L & Invoice 발행
- C/A, Surrender 처리 및 Manifest 전송
- 주요 화주 월간 매출 마감 (HMG, HHI, Doosan, Ssangyong etc.)
- 해외 사무소 및 대리점에서 발생하는 S/D 관련 문제점 해결 (System 사용법 가이드 및 Trouble shutting)
- Space 임차료 및 booking commission 비용 처리
2) Freight Collection & Outstanding Mgmt.
- 운임 수금 처리 및 가수금 처리
- 모든 화물에 대한 Invoice 발행 기록 모니터 및 누락, 지연된 사항 발견시 관련처에 사전에 통보하여 장기 미수금 발생 가능성 예방
- 기 발생된 장기 미수금액 수금 과정 모니터 및 보고 (필요시 유관부서 협의)
3) T/S management
- 전지역 환적 화물상태 주간 단위로 모니터 하고, 관련처와 공유 (대화주 서비스 제고)
