업무내용
• Retail operation policies and procedures
1. Assist to monitor the store operations and ensure the company policies and procedures are followed
2. Prepare sales report and business analysis
3. Support the stores to monitor and improve KPI
4. Coordinate with the stores and different departments to perform administrative functions, ie petty cash, incident report, inventory adjustment, stock take report, etc.
5. Assist for resources allocation, including HR (duty roster, leave, overtime record); stationeries; uniform; packaging materials, etc.
• Merchandising and visual merchandising coordination
1. Coordinate with merchandising team, warehouse and stores to ensure smooth logistics flow from product launching to inter-store transfer
2. Coordinate with VM, store planning and contractor for store maintenance and display changeover
• Store opening and maintenances
1. Retro planning of the store openings
2. Coordination with the general service (eg: MIT, Logistics) and the store planning team for the renovation and maintenance projects.
• After-sales-service & CRM
1. Provide after-sales-service support, including repair, quality report, etc.
2. Liaise with regional CRM department and local stores to monitor CRM activities, including data capture, mailing and ad hoc CRM activities
