업무내용
Trouble shoots of the hard problem or machine failure.
Act as tool owner for the assigned equipment including preventive maintenance and repairs.
Install the new system or option within the customer planned schedule.
Provide preventive maintenance service for the customer systems.
Collect the field data and reports customer requirements to service manager or service sr. engineer.
Frequently meet and visit the customers for the request or preventive maintenance of the machine issues.
Provide technical information, drawing and manuals upon customers’ requests.
Report the additional request from customers to the managers.
