[Position]: Manufacturing Engineering Specialist (1년 계약직, 신입)

GE Ultrasound Korea 초음파 사업부에서 (성남 근무) Manufacturing Engineer Specialist 사원급 인재를 채용합니다.
담당 업무는 초음파 제품과 관련된 coordination(design change에 따른 제품 스펙 변경과 관련한 각종 문서 작성 등) 업무 진행을 위해 GE헬스케어 내의 다양한 글로벌 내부 직원들과 많은 커뮤니케이션이(발생 및 조율) 요구되므로 영어 활용에 자신 있는 분을 우대합니다.
또한 전공 무관이나 산업공학과, 기계과, 전자과 등을 우대하며 Office 프로그램에 능숙하신 분을 채용하고자 합니다.

[Role Summary]
Provide technical leadership for the production team. Responsibilities include providing
documentation and floor support associated with safety, manufacturing and
quality methods, tooling, and equipment.
Aggressively initiate new processes and methods that will improve
safety, reduce product cost and/or improve product quality.

Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
•Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
•Design change execute to production line.
•Operation Procedure update
•Device history record system update
•Acoustic power measurement process control
•Process update
•Planning
•Reporting
•Work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.
•Participate in new product introductions through process layout and new equipment.
•Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification - Plan execution and analysis.
•Co-ordination of manufacturing releases
•Lead Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals
•Leading LEAN manufacturing implementation
•Provide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. Assure that corrective action is taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areas.

Quality Specific Goals:

1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4.Knowledge and understanding of document control, design transfer, verification, validation, acceptance activity, DMR, DHR and electronic signature requirements to ensure that product, equipment, tools, processes, software, training and documentation meet requirements.
