WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll work across all various phases of RTS engagements and will get a complete 360-degree experience of our work.
In this role you will work with clients to set-up and execute a best in class Transformation Office and the related Performance Infrastructure. Effective creation of dashboards and reports is key to the role. You will build business, optimization, financial, scenario models and deploy RTS tools drawing upon various analytics techniques e.g., Excel, VBA, etc. You will also enable best in class deployment of McKinsey’s transformation management tools (Wave/ Excalibur or others) and enable effective cadence planning, impact capturing and program management.
Your role will be client facing and you will be expected to become integrated in the McKinsey team and work hand in hand with McKinsey consultants and the clients.
As a Knowledge Analyst (contractor), you will focus for 1-2 years on truly mastering RTS, after which you may be offered a permanent role at the firm. You can then pursue one of multiple paths, including remaining on the RTS Knowledge path and becoming a deep expert or transferring to the RTS consulting path and becoming a transformation leader.
