Responsibilities include:
Provide secretarial assistance such as managing of appointments,
scheduling of activities, tracking of outstanding actions, developing
presentation materials and handling correspondence;
Assist administrative processes such as mail and subscription processes,
office and pantry supply management, office equipment maintenance,
and coordination of travel arrangements;
Respond to inquiries from test takers, companies and schools (e.g.
TOEFL score verification);
Provide IT maintenance and follow up with purchasing, receiving, and
operating office software applications;
Assist the marketing team in terms of providing research data, reviewing
documents and participating in marketing events;
Support to organize seminars, conferences, and student fairs (e.g. TOEFL
CTAS seminars, TOEFL Propell Worship, English fairs);
Edit and/or translate publications and news articles;
