Order Fulfillment Specialist

업무내용
DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences 비지니스가 IFF 와 합병을 하였으며,
IFF 그룹 산하 Danisco N&B Korea 란 신설 자회사입니다.

ㆍ법인 : Danisco N&B Korea (IFF 자회사)
ㆍ해당 직무는 입사 시 IFF 그룹의 Danisco N&B Korea 법인 소속입니다.

1. Expediting Shipments Upstream
ㆍInformation sharing of ETA from Planning to Logistics – Planning/Logistics
ㆍVisibility of on ETA Roll Over and monitor for any delays – Logistics
ㆍFollow up and communicate with source logistics on exploring alternatives/
options for urgent shipments to meet earlier ETA. Logistics/Source Logistics
ㆍCommunicate ETA delays to business and planning – Logistics/Business/Planning

2. Customs Clearance & Inbound Transportation à Port/Airport to Bonded
Warehouse/3PL
ㆍProvide Shipping Documentation to Customs Broker – Logistics/BDP
ㆍArrange for local transportation from port/airport to bonded warehouse/3PL- BDP
ㆍFollow up customs clearance and several audits by Government
(1st Inspection, Random Inspection, Pre Sample by KFDA)
ㆍShares the necessary documents with 3PL and keep the records for inbound goods. BDP/Logistics
ㆍ3PL Goods Receipt with evidence with logistics to reconcile the inventory – 3PL
ㆍGR share with DKI Finance Team – BU Logistics
ㆍVerify the intercompany invoices for accounts payable – month end
closing – DSCI Finance

3. Outbound Transportation :3PL to Customers
ㆍArrange transportation from 3PL to customers. – 3PL
ㆍProof of Delivery on behalf of DuPont to make sure of delivery. 3PL

4. Customer Complaint Handling
ㆍIf logistic issues, creates the claim in salesforce to find out solution with 3PL
– BU Logistics
ㆍIf complaint from customer, creates the complaint in salesforce =>
QA or logistics take ownership in handling with it.

5. Freight and 3PL Payment
ㆍService Costs under monthly actual service and contract, asking 3PL to issue A/R
invoice. Payment to 3PL.
ㆍMaking the RFP (Request for Payment ) process and then request it to China FSSC
team for actual payment.

6. Inventory Count and Disposal
ㆍConducts the inventory counting for Fini/Trading on a monthly/annual basis for
the accurate inventory record.
ㆍWarehouse Visits, as needed and review 3PL performance
ㆍInventory disposal process
ㆍ3PL/4PL management / monthly KPI review for safety, customer satisfaction

7. Customer Skills and Responsibility
ㆍProcess Orders, Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes – As needed
ㆍProvides information and literature to customers - As needed
ㆍManaging Customer Calls and Queries
ㆍEnsure Customer Information is accurately maintained in system
ㆍCreate Positive internal/external customer experience
ㆍManage end to end order to cash process
ㆍProcess free of charge commercial package samples - As needed
ㆍRespond to customer complaints via SFDC
ㆍActively support Order Fulfillment organization objectives and strategies
ㆍAnalyze customer data utilizing reports and systems
ㆍMaintain departments ISO procedures
ㆍDrive Continuous Process Improvement in the team
ㆍ Knowledge of delivery and payment terms, financial basic

Job Qualifications
ㆍStrong Understanding of logistics – warehousing, transportation, import clearance
ㆍUnderstanding of Warehouse procedures regarding inward, storage and
outbound.
ㆍStrong team player with good communication skills to manage stakeholders
ㆍProblem Solver attitude and self driven to solve business situations.
ㆍAbility to work under pressure and demanding situations.
ㆍReasonably good spoken English & Korean along with written English &
Korean skills
