The mission of IT is to marry RIGHT technologies to RIGHT consumer/business needs, which allows you to acquire different excitements, experiences and skills. We are looking for a person who is passionate and capable to drive business transformation and work digitization through technology with your IT knowledge and experiences, particularly this time in eCommerce Direct-to-Consumer selling business area. This position is encouraged to craft, build, integrate and evolve end-to-end eco-system for P&G owned eCommerce system to accelerate the growth of eCommerce business driven by data and technology.

Be part of a highly-diverse and technically-adept team with members from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures! As IT Analyst, you will be able to experience new technologies internally and externally which will enable P&G to grow. This role will be based in P&G Seoul, Korea.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
-Quickly understand current business process (as-is) and draw an ideal end statement (to-be) enabled by digitization and automation with IT that improves company’s success measures esp. sales growth and productivity.
-Design right architecture, database and application based on both business and technical requirements.
-Reach operational perfection for IT systems with zero critical biz impact due to system issue.
-Achieve the goal of your projects through proactively engaging multiple stakeholders.
-Own the business results that are produced by IT interventions or systems you make.

Responsibilities of the role
-Design and build a robust and long-lasting eco-system for eCommerce direct-to-consumer business, and keep evolving the solutions based on rapidly evolving business needs with agility.
-Digital organization: Drive work process digitization and automation to improve efficiency for employees in variety of departments by eliminating/minimizing manual work process and flow.
-Business Intelligence solution: Accelerate the usage of Power BI dashboard/reports in P&G Korea enabling faster and better decision making.
-IT project management: Lead and deliver technology-driven projects by involving local and global stakeholders.
-IT operations: Lead IT operation optimization and minor system change requests to meet business needs in agile manner and ensure zero critical system issue in sustainable way.

-Ability to build IT application (website, mobile app) and implement system integrations
-Programming skills (e.g. C++/Java/Python) and/or ability to read and write SQL
-Business Analytics skills incl. statistics, visualization (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
-Ability to drive work process automation or simplification using digital technology/tool
-Excellent IT Project Management skills (Design, Develop, Test, Launch)
-Excellent IT system operation skills (incident, problem, change, release management)
-3+ years work experience of IT related roles
-Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
-Proficient in both Korean and English
-Be passionate to learn new skills, technologies in industry
-Korean nationality (or legally eligible to work in Korea)
-Completed or exempted for Military service
-Bachelor’s degree or above
