* Title: Office Services Team_ Intern
* Department: Occupier Services (부동산 오피스 임대차)
* Location: Seoul
* Report to: Office Services Team Leader
*Job Description
- Support Office Services team leader to grow, manage and lead the team
- Prepare a document for commercial real estate office leasing
- Support to find new tenants and corporate customers
- Perform due diligence, prepare proposals, lease contracts
- Support to provide strategic leasing and marketing to the office property portfolio
- Communicate with business partners and support to develop new business with potential tenants
- Support initiating business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing, etc.
- Respond quickly to business referrals generated by the Colliers Global Network
