As part of our continued growth and services expansion, ERM has an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our global consulting firm as an intern. In joining ERM, you will become a part of a team within the organization that has Sustainability at its heart.
Our Risk Offerings include:
- Process Safety Design Reviews (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA)
- Functional Safety Assessments (including SIL classification, verification, validation)
- Design and Operations Safety / HSE Cases
- Formal Safety Assessments (e.g. FERA, EERA, ESSA, TRIA, NHHA, FnG Mapping, CFD analysis, etc.)
- Quantitative Risk Assessments (including Accidental Release Consequence Modeling Analysis)
- Human Factors Assessments and Audits
- Bow Tie Risk Assessments
- Process Safety Management Program Development and Implementation (including Audits)
- Emergency Response Planning
- Safety & Loss Prevention Support (e.g. HSE Design Philosophies)
- Performance Standards for Safety Critical Elements/Activities
- Reliability, Availability & Maintainability Assessments

- Non Risk team will hire candidates from: Environmental Science;
- Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Health & Safety,
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to multi-task;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- A “can do” attitude
- Ability to use Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Good report writing skills;
- Ability to take direction and to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams;
- Solid oral communication skills (including the ability to deliver presentations).
