업무내용
•Administers and communicates various Human Resources activities including employment, benefit, payroll, HR system etc.
•Arranges and manages employee training initiatives requested from MKS as well as regulatory.
•Supports managers to complete performance review process in accordance with company schedule.
•Works closely with employees and managements in the implementation of corporate policies and procedures related to Human Resources, organizational and employee development at the business.
•Maintains records and affirmative action reporting requirements.
•Counsels employees concerning work-related issues and providing feedback to management when necessary.
•Analyses and improves current process leading change management initiatives.
Ensures compliance with all employment laws.
