업무내용
Responsibilities
- Provide a technical support to customer either on-site or through phone or email
- Ownership for verification of test interface hardware(ATE load board verification by SW, Load board failure analysis)
- Ownership for quality of test interface hardware(ATE load board inspection, Load board delivery, Load board repair with components soldering, Load board installation)
- Effective in identifying gaps in performance, resource development and work processes and provide improvement strategies and execution support.
- Integrated with PS/SEG and DIS team to improve customer product/service
- Provides solution to a wide range of ATE interface HW problems to the customer.
