What you’ll do
- Work with HR manager to reconcile monthly payroll with payroll vendor and implement payroll data
- Make sure employee benefit program well in operation – receive submission and reflect to payroll (congratulations & condolence, English learning support, Childcare, Child tuition)
- Be a focal contact of HR partnering vendors and manage contracting, invoicing, payments.
- Be a focal contact for employee queries on HR operations.
- Provide employee information or reports to HRBP's and HR Managers and file electronical
- Update employee records using appropriate HRIS tools (Cytiva is using ‘workday’)
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and care
- Use reporting tools to prepare reports for the HR team involving HR metrics, compliance reporting, training tracking and headcount reporting
- Support new hire onboarding process which includes setting up new accounts, gathering required personal information, reminding Hiring Manager on-boarding checklist.
- Assist in taking appropriate steps to ensure that the onboarding is seamless for new hires, facilitating New Employee Orientation as needed
- Support events such as annual benefits enrollment, Long Service Awards, Employee Engagement Activities
- Lead the yearly promotion activity of annual leave consumption of KR employees
Proactively identifying areas for improvement within assigned current processes - Partnering with HR management, payroll, Comp and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other system owners to resolve employee questions and issues
- Supporting other projects, tasks and communications as requested
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in related area
- 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or payroll is a must
- Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment is a must
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to recognize when to escalate issues & sense of urgency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to communicate with APAC/ Global HR teams and managers in English
- Strong willingness to grow up in Cytiva assertively
