Client Solutions Team Account Manager-Gaming
업무내용
Sales Account Manager - Gaming will be a Campaign management & Up-selling expert, working with key advertisers to design, setup, and optimize campaigns to achieve gaming client's performance objectives. You will be working with our top key account clients, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on upselling revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to optimize marketing performance results for advertisers, a sales- oriented mindset, and the ability to provide customized training and solutions to advertisers and key agencies, leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Responsibilities
-Proactively analyze campaign performance data to offer gaming clients data-driven business insights specific to each gaming genre and simultaneously use those insights to provide optimization suggestions & improve our advertising offerings.
-Support and work together with sales team on client pitch, ad product training and building post-sale client relationships by managing and growing gaming advertisers' accounts.
-Educate gaming clients and key agencies on TikTok’s advertising processes, existing and new products, and best practices for auction ads and optimization strategies.
-Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
-Test, iterate Tiktok Ads and build frameworks & best practices around marketing objectives and verticals to innovate on the potential solutions.
-Proactively lead product update discussions according to market feedback.
-Plan directions of account with priority to GROW revenue through through strategic upselling.
-Directly manage and operate campaigns through campaign setup and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, ad network platforms, or media side.
-Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing clients.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Korean with an ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
-Self-starter with proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly thinking of new ways for team growth.
우대사항
Good to Have
-Solid knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic; experience using some of the major tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
-Understanding of gaming market landscape or background from gaming industry.
-Expert in digital marketing channels and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
-Excellent project management, collaboration, organizational, and analytical mindset.
