업무내용
What You Will Do
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive that will be working closely with our hotel products team to deploy our product and maintain relationships with our clients. You will make recommendations on how to improve hotel operations, help increase revenue, and draw inferences from the data to inform our product managers on potential opportunities for product growth.
You will need to be self-driven, have good critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, effective verbal & written communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in both English and Korean is important. Our office is located in Jung-gu, Seoul.
If you have experience working in hotels (preferably in Front Office or Operations) and would like to transition into hotel technology solutions, this is the position for you. We do not require candidates to have a technical background, but we do require you to be interested in learning about IT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the deployments of current products with our clients
Maintain good client relationships
Work closely with hotel products team to analyse the effectiveness of products
Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to help create long term product strategies
Define processes that help the organization run the customer success team efficiently
