[Position] Warehouse Associate(신입~2년 이내)

LEGOLAND Korea Resort Commercial 팀에서 사원급 Warehouse Associate를 채용합니다. Theme Park 및 각종 유원 시설, 대규모 리조트 및 호텔과 같은 상업시설 및 물류센터 등에서 3년 이내 Warehousing과 관련된 경력이 있으신 분에 한하여 지원 가능하며 지게차운전기능사(한국산업인력공단) 등 유관 면허 소지자는 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Scope of Job

• Daily operations in retail warehouse to include order picking, handling, receiving, rotation, stocking and delivering of merchandise and F&B.
• Assists with receiving process of incoming orders by matching against pack slips and orders, either preparing for binning or delivery to units.
• Moves merchandise, and other department materials to storage areas and bin locations utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and or other material moving equipment.
• Drives company vehicles to deliver materials to on and off-site drop-off points.

Key Objectives:

• Loads and unloads vehicles, containers, trailers and trucks.
• Moves materials or merchandise to storage areas and bin locations utilizing forklifts, pallet
• jacks, and or other material moving equipment.
• Drives trucks or other vehicle with trailer to deliver materials to on and off-site drop-off
• points.
• Performs daily clean-up activities.
• Performs daily cycle-counts, inventory control, and maintains inventory.
• Locates, assembles and prepares items for shipment or distribution.
• Ensures all retail products are priced correctly before delivering to stores.
• Ensures warehouse maintenance, safety and security at all times.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• 1~3 Years of general warehouse experience required.
• Experience in a large retail environment or theme park preferred.
• Ability to multi-task as needed.
• Ability to work effectively with others with effective communication skills required.
• Understanding of related Compliance and regarding Health & Safety regulation
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.
• Capable of being certified to operate a forklift, as well as use of other company vehicles and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and be able to pass an OSHA approved forklift certification course. Must possess and be able to perform basic math and counting skills.
• Certain Level of Physical Engagement Required.

• Ensures internal compliance with maintenance, safety and security procedures.
• Ensure full compliance of policies and procedures set forth within the Health,
• Safety & Security in the workplace and in line with the Merlin Entertainments Group Policy.
• Understand risk assessments within own workplace and ensure reporting of any new risks to appropriate manager.
• Compliance of safe working procedures for work activities within one’s job role, but cognizant of the effects on others prior to the activity/function.
• In cases of incidents or accidents ensure appropriate reporting is done in a timely manner to the duty manager.

Education:

High School Qualifications

Work Environment:

• Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
• Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
• Certain Level of Physical Engagement Required

Other Requirements:

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support resort operations.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Must be willing to travel Globally and locally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.
