업무내용
The Role
We are looking for a User Communications Manager to act as the liaison between MyMusicTaste and music fans all around the world. You will serve as the friendly and helpful voice of the company, interacting with fans to enhance their overall customer experience.
The User Communications Team at MyMusicTaste can be seen as a passionate group of people who love music and technology and strive to change the paradigm of the concert industry. Responsibilities
- Engage with fans across various channels (email, social media, etc.) and assist users with any questions or needs
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to handle concert, e-commerce, and service-related inquiries
- Implement and improve customer service processes, while maintaining high-quality service standards and SOP
- Handle escalated complaints and/or issues for assigned projects
- Obtain and accurately relay all relevant information across units and divisions to keep up with constant changes in workflow
- Other duties assigned as needed

- Must be able to work in Seoul
