업무내용
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
- Leads and manages a team of engineers to implement projects and improvements in the area of responsibility
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of five (5) years' work experience in Production, Quality Assurance and/or Engineering Management is required
- Background in Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering and/or Lean Manufacturing is preferred
- Knowledge in Technology, Finance, Optimization, Analytics, SHEQ and/or HPS is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
