· Execute regular analysis on assigned BG/Plant, and support managers and other stakeholders on weekly/monthly forecasting
· Conduct analysis and provide commentary on Cost of Goods Sold key drivers
· Provide accounting/financial services such as financial information, analysis, and advice for use in planning, controlling, and decision-making
· Ensuring compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (US-GAAP, SOX, GFS)
· Providing insights and establish predictive analytics of financial performance to stakeholders to develop and improve upon P&L and Balance Sheet.
· Work closely with the other functions to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Performs month-end review of results to ensure accuracy.
· Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
· Support Super Users for SAP Deployment in RTR.
· Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data,
· Use spreadsheets and sophisticated calculation software to gather and record financial information.
· Prepares status reports and provides analysis to senior staff.
· Prepares consolidated analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.
· Analyzes actual results to understand variances, and revises projections as appropriate.

Qualification
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and/or Accounting (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
· Max.10 years of finance and/or accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment.(New grad available, 대졸신입 지원 가능)
· Strong analytical and data gathering skills with fluent Excel formulas and functions.
· Available English writing &speaki ( Preferred candidates having an ability to challenge themselves )
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
· Possess an MBA, CMA, or CPA certified (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
· Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
· Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
· Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
· Proactiveness and responsibility to report without delay in case of risk of accounting principles or financial solvency.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP
