[Specialist, Content Operations]
Based in Singapore or Korea (Seoul) and reporting to the Director, Content & Subtitle Operations, the Content Operations Specialist will support the team to ensure timely availability of quality content with proper metadata and assets.
[Responsibilities]
- Work with internal team and content partners to execute optimal strategy for content lifecycle management
- Support the growth of Chinese contents on Viki including:
- Communicate with content partners and internal stakeholders to launch content
- Preparation works to release the contents on Viki
- Manage master assets and metadata
- Monitor content launches and fix content related issues that impact viewing experience e.g. delay, metadata, display issue, flag, etc.

- Familiarity with media format, codec is a plus
