업무내용
Duties & Responsibilities:
-To process all commercial administration associated with sales completion
-Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints
-To liaise with BU’s to ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely fashion and professional manner
-To provide superior customer service by responding efficiently and accurately to customer request received via telephone, e-mail
-To investigate and resolve any customer complaints, be they commercial, quality or service related in a prompt and professional manner
-To assist country GM of Korea & Japan for general administration and sales support
-To provide comprehensive inside sales support to Field Sales including quotation, order input, materials delivery and customer complaints
-To track material in supply chain system and assist in resolving logistic problems
-To support business process interrogation by versatile e-commerce & operating system management (i.e. SAP)
-Administrative support to the sales team (search of certificates, invoicing, answering the calls, etc)

-Highly motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges
-Well organized, with the ability to plan and prioritize accordingly

Outokumpu inside sales:  

Outokumpu SEA Pte. Limited is looking for a talented individual to join sales team as a inside sales & administration. Outokumpu sales team has a vision to accelerate local sales (Korea & Japan) performance by agile sales approach to complement.

As an Inside sales & administration, you will deliver service solutions to the sales team that address customers’ varying needs.

We expect you to be a responsible and result-oriented person who takes initiative without being prompted. It is also important that you can plan and organize your work effectively, paying great attention to details. And you will be even more successful in this role if cooperating with others is something that you enjoy as much as working independently.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
