업무내용
Responsibilities
- PEALD product software (Engine area)
- Design & code software features with C++ and C# language
- Make engineering documents
- Communication control for various devices in the equipment
- Device control using interfaces such as TCP/IP, EtherCAT, device net, and Serial
- Development of touch UX for semiconductor equipment control
- Investigate faults, defects and bugs that happened at customers’ sites or manufacturing site, and consider fixing and improving the functions
- Evaluate designed/developed software with simulator and the actual demo lab tool
- Update and upgrade software and examine operations of ASM equipment
