What you will do
Develop and manage a training program with related enterprise communication system.
Design LMS(Learning Management System) based online training program such as certificate program.
Provide regular technical training including hands on practice and on-demand training to Korea and oversea customers about on-prem and cloud based product.
Make and edit multimedia contents for online training.
Manage training documents and generate new training materials
Actively communicate with Korea and overseas customers for more effective training program design.

You will bring
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
Experience: New Graduate or 2+ Years’ of Technical training, Web-based service management technology (SaaS) and content development
Preferred industry experience(not mandatory): Experience in IP PBX and IT, Telecom industry(product development role, Engineer role-product test and verification.)
Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems
Nice to have knowledge in IP PBX, Unified Communications, UCaaS, IP Network and general IT knowledge.
Fluent Korean and English communication skill
Have interests in overall information & communication services, products, and its industry
Good presentation skill for knowledge transferring
Capability for editing multimedia contents using proper tools.
