Position: Logistics Assistant
Reposts to: Logistics Manager
Job Mission:
Coordinate logistics execution _support import and export, customs, stock control and domestic distribution operation. Do Daily logistics communication and Logistics data filing.

Job Mission:
Coordinate logistics execution _support import and export, customs, stock control and domestic distribution operation. Do Daily logistics communication and Logistics data filing.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics Execution:
Shipment & Delivery
• Shipping List
-Update Shipping list daily, based on the pre-alert email from HQ.
-Add GR date and BL # when it is informed from the forwarder and warehouse.
-Organize shipping files daily
-Request pre-inbound to warehouse if requested from other teams.
• Delivery support
-Request delivery for products( Request quick delivery if needed)
-Alter final destination if requested from other teams
-Check shipping schedule with forwarder
• Check delivery defect issues
-Check the defect point and find the person in charge of the defect
-Send email to HQ about delivery defect and request new deliveries.
Import & Export
• Clearance- Proceed clearance with customs corporation.
-Check which team is in charge of the items and confirm final destination.
- Make reason paper for clearance if needed. (re-exports, re-imports, etc.)
• Import permit -Proceed import permit for CITES, wilds
• Export- Produce needed files (Invoice, AWB, Packing List, permit)
Warehousing & Stock Management:
Warehousing
• Daily OBD management
• Label Program update
-Request product information to HQ and register products
-Check the price register material, price, outlet price of products
Stock
• Stock on hands
-Check the stocks in warehouse daily and compare it with the file sent by HQ.
-Compare the stocks with Warehouse weekly
-Check stock possessing stores_SAP SOH
• Stock management
-Work on Write-off for products of other teams. (PR, RETAIL, HR etc)
-Adjust stock in SAP system if requested
• Produce employee purchase documents
-Work on employee purchase documents by SAP, and request TR to stores.
-Print delivery note and send to HR.
• Stocktaking store physical stock tacking posting
- Update files for stocktaking
• Monthly Closing
-Check stocktaking status by stores, post stocktaking by stores
-Download GIT, SOH, BW report and produce VAKR STOCK Closing file
-Update list-clearance file, list of inbound and outbound
-Organize Customs file
Others:
• Proceed BOON THE SHOP return
• Send packages to stores when requested. (Product warranty paper, tag for products)
• Check No core status to HQ and inform to retail team
• Vendor registration- Request Vendor registration to Finance team
• Logistics data update
-produce files of warehouse data (master information of clients, master information of goods, Organize data of BW items by category etc.)
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skill & Personnel Quality:
• Knowledge of compliance, supply chain management, sales & operation process
• Leadership, collaboration skill to coordinate intra-company, inter-company and 3PL Vendors
• Experience on logistics/inventory management relating projects
• Confidence with operating in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English, Microsoft office, Retail program and SAP system
• Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skill with high level of energy, creativity, intellectual integrity, openness, directness and resiliency
Qualification:
• BA degree or above, majored in Logistics or related areas preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience as supply chain/logistics manager’s role in multinational retail company
