Job Description – Summary
Department: Visual Merchandising
Position Title: VM Intern
Reports To: Visual Merchandising Manager
Direct Reports: NIL
Objective of role:
• Responsible for supporting general VM activities to align with overall brand growth strategies and regional needs
Key accountabilities:
• VM Installation - Support the VM team for in-store seasonal rotation, special set up and store opening
• VM guideline - prepare & dispatch VM guideline and support to make local training materials
• VM direction – Collect display photo from stores and give direction to align global VM guideline
• VM photo submission to HQ - collect and work on VM photos touch up to upload the photos on share drive for HQ approval
• VM Tools – Collect stock qty. of VM tools for each location and follow up the transfer for efficient VM tools stock management / handle & transfer the VM tools in KR office to stores / support the custom declaration & delivery of VM tools for store opening
• VM monthly expense - prepare monthly expense reports according to projects and update the expense record
• VM communication with stores – communicate with the KR stores especially for Men stores, outlets, duty-free stores to check their requests, needs to help the business from VM side
