Job Description – Project Analyst of Construction Management & Advisory
Job Summary
This role will support Project Management business and its administrative works. The working location will be CBRE HQ office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Construction Management & Advisory Team under Project Management Business
- Support documentation and reporting in the system
- Support coordination and communication with the project team
- Support project delivery handled by senior construction managers
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Design/Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management
- Interest or Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management, a Construction Management company or Design office.
- Excellent Korean and English communication skills is a must.
