• Support and operate various HR-related activities.
• Prepare and document various HR-related reports.
• Check and document HR-related system and data reports.
• Support internal communication activities through the creation of short videos and newsletters.
• Support and operate various company events.
• Provide support for other cross-functional ad-hoc tasks.

• Enthusiasm for learning various HR practices and trends.
• Passion for hosting events and posting articles in creative ways.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Proficiency in filming or video editing.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to commute to ASM Dongtan office every day
