업무내용
A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Intern:
• A brand ambassador for ASM by supporting the talent attraction strategy
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to design and streamline Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
• Part of the great candidate experience through facilitating and providing logistical and administrative support to the TA process, including pre-boarding activities
• Manage interviewing scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams.
• Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as job fair projects and D&I initiatives
• Develop reports and analysis through leveraging in house tools.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills. (both English and Korean)
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Well-organized with great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
• Being ‘fired up’ isn’t enough, we also want our interns to have a very specific vision on their personal development and on what they want to achieve.
• We want people who truly want to make a difference together with us.
• Able to commute to ASM Dongtan office 3 times week
