Content Management Associate Product Localization Language Manager

업무내용
Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate, create, and proofread content for the Trip.com website and app from English to Korean (user interface elements, flight/hotel policies, hotel/city descriptions, SEO content, promotional pages, banner ads, etc.)
• Communicate with the product, design, and marketing teams to ensure all Korean copy is accurate and appropriate for Korean market.
• Ensure that the ko-KR glossaries and Style Guide are kept up-to-date.
• Perform regular checks of our ko-KR online content to find and fix/report any quality issues.
• Provide training and guidance to the ko-KR Language Specialist.
• Act as contact point for the reporting of any problems in our ko-KR online content and work with the appropriate teams to fix the issues.
• Perform quality checks and feedback on the work completed by the ko-KR Language Specialist and by freelance translators.
• Ensure each member of the ko-KR content team delivers their tasks on time and meets the minimum output levels required by the company.
