Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Policy Enforcement Specialists are responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and scaled Policy guidance to support the Moderation & QA teams responsible for the enforcement of our content policies. They are a critical link in our enforcement processes, working closely with cross-functional teams (Policy, Global Training, Moderation, etc) to ensure our policies are enforced in a high quality and consistent manner. They provide day-to-day support in ensuring an aligned understanding of our policies across teams, and identify and channel feedback on opportunities for improvement. When we iterate our policies, Policy Enforcement Specialists work closely with our global teams to ensure this happens seamlessly and effectively, and that all relevant documentation is delivered in a format and language that enforcement teams can readily utilize.
Policy Enforcement Specialists also pursue high impact opportunities to improve policy, processes, and tooling, working with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure user safety and improve user experience.
This role may include limited exposure to harmful or distressing content, which includes but is not limited to: bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; or murder.
