About this opportunity
The Sales Operation Administrator will be working closely with Korea sales team to support sales operation and to enhance customer satisfaction tasks. This person will be based in Korea and will work with sales team, and cross functional teams in Korea to enable sales team to fully focus on field activities. Great opportunity if you’d like to join a company growing fast leading digital orthodontics in Korea.

In this role, you will…
-Perform regular price validation to find out promotion error (Finance supervision as dotted line manager)
-Create debit/credit memo based on validation result.
-Provide Account Statement to relevant customers.
-Maintain customer database by using SFDC system (거래내역서 monthly-basis)
-Handling with customer requests related to transaction history and payment.
-Being the communication channel between sales and cross-functional team members to ensure saucerful transactions.
