About this opportunity
The Sales Support Administrator will work closely with the Korea iTero team, providing support for operations, administrative tasks, and customer service roles. This individual will be based in Korea and collaborate with the iTero team and cross-functional teams in the country to enable the sales team to fully concentrate on field activities. In this role, you will…
- Establish contracts and pricing, promote logistics, conduct demos, and ensure proper maintenance.
- Support and align with the Global (APAC team) and Regional (Korea) teams in iTero rollout, including SFDC, logistics, and demo organization, proactively managing HCP compliance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned in iTero business, such as Sales Ops, Ops, and CS.
- Organize and develop processes for product shipment, equipment utilization, and inventory management by communicating with local vendors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding iTero sales.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to answer inquiries about the status of orders, warranty status, demo availability, etc.
- HCP Report: Responsible for timely reporting and managing HCP-related expenses, including iTero demos, to ensure all expenses are properly recorded under compliance.
- Responsible for effectively, efficiently, and promptly responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints received via phone, email, or mail to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collect and direct questions, complaints, and issues from customers to the relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Provide support for audit processes and the quality management system as required.
In this role, you'll need...
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Sales Support or Customer Service Administration experience
- Personal Computer skills including Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, recordkeeping, Data analysis etc.
- Good Communication skills in Korean and English(Fluent in English)
- Experience working in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry is preferable (Not mandatory)
- Take ownership, with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Detail oriented
Additional:
2-year term (contingent) contract with the potential to be converted to a permanent position based on performance.
