About the Team
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our Quality Assurance Analysts audit and review our Moderation teams, handling appeals, audits, feedback and providing support on ad hoc policy questions. Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users.

What will I be doing?
- Be a part of PUSH & Reflow PK.
- Ensure a quality framework is in place based on the business types/facts by coordinating across regions and stakeholders.
- Implement policies and processes to ensure a positive, productive work environment, build team morale, and recognize employee achievements.
- Access quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with operations team to improve quality performance.
- Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant business needs
- Produce statistical reports and insights on quality performance.
- Effectively communicate updates and developments with team members, trainers and management.
- Problem solving and provide the best solution to address the problems
- Support the new hire onboarding smoothly with the established process.
- Contribute to special projects that enhance the business, including projects involving root-cause analysis of weak performance metrics, service readiness projects, and tool projects as assigned or requested by management.
- Maintain the weekly/monthly/bi-monthly reviews with teams and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification
- More than 1.5 years of working experience in the Content Safety Industry.
- Full Professional Korean and English Proficiency is required.

Preferred Qualification
- Proficiency in using Excel(formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, macros), SQL or other data analysis tools, with strong data analysis ability
