업무내용
The Role
Tesla Service Operations Coordinator will support to deliver an impeccable service experience to Tesla customer while supporting all service-related business and administrative activities across the country. This role will ensure the success of new cross-functional initiatives by partnering with internal and external stakeholders through investigative analysis, building reports, and creating tools if required. The primary function is to operate and support extended warranty service by communicating with insurance companies and service field teams, and to control internal cost with handling purchase requisition. You must be organized, strong collaborator and have impeccable attention to detail with a passion to learn the process and system. The core value of the position includes a strong desire to perform and be successful in a fast paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the daily operations of extended warranty business in conjunction with internal policy and procedure that both parties agreed
• Prepare and follow up the claims for the extended warranty in accordance with Tesla’s standard and make sure the payment of repair order is consistent with the claim from insurance company
• Analysis of the claim data, key index and reports them to nationwide service managers
• Place new purchase orders with reviewing quotation and negotiation if needed
• Receive tax invoices and manage accounts payable
• Follow up issue from suppliers, purchasing, portal, invoice, goods receipts aspects
• Be the main person of supporting some service fields team regarding to overall operations
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadline
• Registration of new supplier and adjustment of any existing suppliers’ information changes in system
• Investigate and develop processes and tools that improve the way we run our Service Operations
• Participate in required projects with the team to make more data-driven decisions
• Produce intricate spreadsheets, graphs and PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reports
• Interacts in a professional manner and collaborates to retrieve information needed to maintain reports
