Product Line Manager는 IP PBX, Unified Communications, UCaaS, IP Phone & Devices, Contact Center 등 엔터프라이즈 솔루션의 전략수립부터 제품 수명 전반을 관리합니다.
What you will do
- Develop and manage a competitive product portfolio with related marketing and pricing strategies.
- Provide profit and loss strategy when proposing new product development.
- Define requirement and prioritization of product development, product information and product/solution marketing.
- Identify an area representing potential new business opportunities, as well as opportunities to improve the volume of our existing business.
- Acquire and use relevant information about the needs and attitudes of our target markets and end-users, as well as competitors’ strategies, products, and services.
- Develop and present our products, services and accompanying messages in such a way that Ericsson-LG Enterprise surpasses its competitors in meeting customer needs.

- 이해 관계자들에게 신제품 개발 제안 시 손익 전략 제공
- 제품 개발, 제품 정보 및 제품/솔루션 마케팅의 요구사항 및 우선순위 정의
- 잠재적 새로운 비즈니스 기회와 기존 비즈니스의 규모를 개선할 수 있는 영역을 발굴
- 경쟁사의 전략, 제품 및 서비스뿐만 아니라 타겟 시장 및 최종 사용자의 요구와 태도에 대한 관련 정보를 수집
- Ericsson-LG Enterprise가 고객의 요구를 충족시키는 데 있어 경쟁사를 능가할 제품, 서비스 및 메시지를 개발하고 제시
You will bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Experience: Newly Graduate or 3~10 Years experience in IT, Telecom industry
- Preferred area of experience: Sales, Marketing role in IT industry or product development role
- Nice to have knowledge: IP PBX, Unified Communications, UCaaS, IP Phone and Devices, Contact Center, etc.
- Fluent Korean and English communication skill
- Willing to explore new technologies and tech savvy
- Have interests in overall information & communication services, products, and its industry
- Outgoing, proactive, like to speak characteristic
- Good presentation skill and consultative communication skill
- Market and customer insight
- 학력: 학사 이상
- 경력: 신입 혹은 IT 혹은 통신업계에서 3년~10년 근무 경력 보유하신 분
- 선호 경험 분야: IT 업계에서의 영업, 마케팅 혹은 제품 개발 경험
- 선호 지식 분야: IP PBX, 통합 커뮤니케이션, UCaaS, IP 전화기, 컨택센터 등
- 유창한 한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 새로운 기술을 탐색하고 좋아하시는 분
- 전반적인 IT 서비스, 제품, 업계에 대한 관심을 갖고 계신 분
- 외향적이고 사람들 앞에서 말하는 것에 두려움이 없으신 분
- 뛰어난 컨설팅 역량과 프리젠테이션 역량
