Our teams are motivated to provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint.
The team is looking for a Business Development Associate to further develop our business with major Corporate clients within the region. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across a variety of industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn more about the institutional investment industry and make a significant contribution to our business model.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities
- Partner with senior sales team members schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross selling opportunities, and manage client feedback calls.
- Meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation efforts.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and client presentations.
- Develop a working knowledge of the primary research methods, the competitor landscape, and the institutional investment industry investment process and investment strategies.
What You Have:
- Recognised Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English
- Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
- Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients across different industry sectors
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere that is both fast-paced as well as results-oriented
- Desire to work in a sales/ lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven
