International Labor Standards (ILS) Temp Analyst (파견계약직)

업무내용
The Temp ILS Analyst (Analyst) supports the regional ILS Manager, is the key ILS contact point for the markets-based licensee/vendors, being responsible for educating and training cast members, licensees and vendors on Disney’s ILS program requirements. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for the administration of the ILS program which involves the information management and processing from business units, licensees and vendors.

The Temp Analyst will act as liaison between business units, licensees and vendors for ILS program issues.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to work independently.

- Licensee/Vendor/BU Engagement:
Communicate and educate internal Business Units (BU) and Licensees / Vendors on ILS Program requirements and processes in published policies and notifications.
Increase business unit and licensee / vendor visibility to ongoing ILS program enhancements.
Address inquiries from Licensee and Vendors and BUs related to published policies and notifications, such as ILS reports, ILS audits, Corrective Action Plan (CAP) letters and other ILS communications
Follow up with licensees/vendors on outstanding issues

- Administration:
Timely complete regional work processes.
Maintain accurate licensee, facility and relationship information in the ILS database.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information when needed with the guidance of manager.

- Issue Management:
Identify licensee/vendor’s compliance risk from reports, assist investigation with licensee/vendor following guidelines and standard procedures.
Assist in reviewing and working with stakeholders internally and externally on special cases, e.g., allegation, accommodation, audit amendment, reinstatement, etc. with the guidance from ILS manager.
Help ILS manager facilitate communication and information gathering related to media issues, allegations and legislations with internal and external parties.

- Collaboration:
Follow and execute the aligned practices to ensure consistent application of ILS policies
Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders and address daily questions, e.g., Business Unit, Contract Admin to obtain/provide information needed with the guidance of ILS manager.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience working with database software.
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility/Compliance preferred.
- Experience in factory auditing, supply chain management preferred.

- Excellent command of written and oral English.
