Job Description
- Assist with QMR (Quarantine Material Request) tasks, including sorting and related activities
- Handle sample shipments efficiently
- Provide support for simple FAR (Failure Analysis Report) cases, such as EOS (Electrical Over Stress) and EIPD (Electrical Issue Product Defect), by sending reports to customers
- Register FAR issues on customer Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Provide ongoing assistance with QMS-related tasks
- Support the CQS (Customer Quality Support) team as needed
- Set up and coordinate meetings for quality-related discussions
- Support visitor logistics and quality marketing activities
- On track for a Bachelor’s degree (preferably with an engineering background)
- English: Intermediate level, with the ability to engage in basic work-related communication and discussions
- Supportive and proactive in team contributions
- Positive attitude toward tasks and challenges
- Strong collaboration skills and thrives in a team-oriented environment

- Wireless connectivity(BT/ WiFi / Thread) customer support enablement and troubleshooting
- Wireless connectivity(BT/ WiFi / Thread) test, verification and demo setup support
- Work together with internal experts and application team to follow up of the customer requirement/technical support, etc based on project
Candidate Profile
- On track of Bachelor (electrical engineering, communications, computer software)
- Language: Ability to understand the context of indications and meetings in Korean, and to clearly identify and articulate key points during conference calls in English
- Excellent utilization of the SW tools (MS Office)
- Basic skills to utilize equipment (Oscilloscope).
- Strong professional communications, and analytical skills
- Collaborative skills and thrives in a team-oriented environment
- (preferred) understanding in communication system (e.g Wifi, Bluetooth, etc)
- (preferred) understanding in HW (schematic(circuit) reading) and SW
