Job's Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative HR team, helping shape how new talent experiences ASM from the moment they apply to the day they onboard. Your role will be hands-on, dynamic, and impactful.
What You Will Be Working On
Be a brand ambassador by supporting our various types of employer branding activities
Arrange interview schedules and guide candidates throughout the process, including greeting and checking them in at the reception.
Manage and update regular hiring data to support decision-making and reporting needs.
Prepare reports and simple analysis using internal tools and Excel to help track performance and outcomes.
Assist in tracking and organizing recruitment-related budgets and costs.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

Can commute to Dongtan office.
Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. (졸업생 OR 휴학생 중 2025년 9-12월까지 근무 가능한 자 지원 가능)
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal and written communication skills. (Both English and Korean)
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
Well-organized with great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
We want people who truly want to make a difference together with us.
