Objective of the position: 
The Product Executive at YesStyle supports the Product team in identifying, sourcing, and managing brands to ensure the efficient development and availability of products for the brand. This role involves collaborating with vendors, monitoring the delivery and overall logistics of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Shipping: Pack goods with care and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Shipment Coordination: Prepare and dispatch shipments to the Hong Kong head office efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect delivered products for any damage and ensure accurate product counts upon receipt.
• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of purchase orders for both export and import operations.
• International Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with the Hong Kong head office.
• Marketing & Promotions Support: Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Business Development: Identify and establish partnerships with new K-beauty brands to expand the product portfolio.
• Brands Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners to drive collaboration and sales.
